Objective:
SAETA is a research and development project aimed at transforming building glazing systems to become more energy-efficient while also enhancing indoor mobile and Wi-Fi connectivity.
This goal is pursued through the application of Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS) and Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS).

Gsertel’s Contribution to the Project:
- Research into methodologies for measuring the impact of glass treatments on wireless signals.
- Development of a customized RF measurement system, adapted to the project’s specific frequency bands, protocols, and networks.
- Creation of a dedicated measurement platform for evaluating the applied treatments.
