RCS Radio
RCS Radio is Gsertel’s professional probe for remote, proactive, real-time monitoring of hybrid FM/DAB environments.
Designed to adapt to an evolving landscape where FM and DAB/DAB+ continue to coexist, RCS Radio enables parallel analysis of FM, DAB/DAB+, EDI, and ETI signals according to the following possible configurations — allowing the user to switch between them at any time based on network needs:
- 4 x FM inputs – analysis of 4 FM stations in parallel.
- 2 x FM inputs + 1 x DAB input + 1 x EDI input + 1 x ETI input – parallel analysis of 2 FM stations, 1 DAB/DAB+ stream, 1 ETI stream, and 1 EDI stream.
With its compact 1RU format, all signal processing and analysis required for monitoring results are performed within the unit itself — no additional elements are needed except a standard web browser to visualize the information.
Thanks to its configurable architecture, users can define at any time the number of FM and DAB inputs to be monitored, adapting the device to the specific requirements of the network. This flexibility makes RCS Radio the ideal tool for environments undergoing a progressive DAB rollout while maintaining full control over FM networks.
